Mendocino's Rosés are pink-colored wines, either made from red grapes, allowing the skin to remain in the fermentation for only 12-36 hours or by mixing red and white wines. true French style dry Rose from selected Barbera grapes of the Snow's Lake Vineyard. The fruit was pressed slowly until we achieved the perfect strawberry color, followed by a slow fermentation until ideal flavors of strawberry, rhubarb, a hint of spice and a creamy finish were achieved. |
