Cold soak for 4 days, slow fermentation in open top fermenters. This wine spent 28 months in French oak. 10 months in a blending tank for settling and then held back 10 months after bottling. The grapes came from our estate vineyards and Ferrington Vineyards. Both are sustainably farmed. Anderson Valley is renowned for Pinor Noir due to our warm days and cold nights.

Score: 90 (Excellent)
"A luscious young Pinot, made in an instantly appealing style. It shows ripe, sweet cherry, raspberry, framboise, red currant and spicy vanilla and oak flavors that finish long and balanced. This is a voluptuous wine, almost decadent."
