Mendocino Bay Overlook offers a spectacular view of the village of Mendocino from south of Big River. Located off Road 500B/Brewery Gulch Drive immediately south of Mendocino (on the south end of the Big River Bridge and directly across from the entrance to Comptche-Ukiah Road). See below for a location map. The public access easement is over one acre in size.

Best View of Mendocino
The best way to view Mendocino is from across the bay. So exit the Village heading SOUTH, go OVER THE BRIDGE, Turn West at your first right. Proceed South Look for signs on Oceanside of Brewery Gulch Drive.
